I had the pleasure to see King Charles at the Mumford and Sons show I recently saw at The Music Box. He was added last minute by request of Mumford. It was just him, a guitar, and his crazy ass hair.
It was brilliant.

Thanks to the movie trailer for “The Social Network” I have fallen in love with this Belgium all girls choir, Scala and Kolacny Brothers. The trailer uses their cover of Radiohead’s, Creep.

The Killers are definitely in my top 10 favorite bands, whether they are finished or not that doesn’t matter to me. It is only natural that I am highly anticipating Brandon Flowers solo album release. (no date or tour have been released yet)
Plus whats not to love about Mr. Flowers. He has a mustache, wears a vest, has an amazing voice and incredible stage presence. Swoon.
The song “Crossfire” was leaked on a radio station a couple weeks ago and was pulled from major blogs instantly. Thank you to The Scenestar for posting the official music video today as I could not wait much longer to hear what Brandon will be offering us.

Florence And The Machine – Addicted to Love (Robert Palmer cover)
If you haven’t stepped foot into the world of Florence and the Machine yet, then your life is seriously missing something magical.
I stumbled upon Florence by accident when I decided to purchase the “Jennifer’s Body” movie soundtrack. (Which is a hidden gem of an album) Her song Kiss with a Fist was featured on the soundtrack. I got a hold of her album Between Two Lungs and instantly fell in love.
I don’t think I will ever get sick of this album and everything else she does continues to amaze me. Here is a cover of Robert Palmer’s “Addicted to Love” that was recently featured on So You Think You Can Dance.
